Shipping Policy

At Ceysaga, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and we want you to know what to expect. Orders are usually processed and handed over to our shipping providers within 48 hours of being placed. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow along.

For Canada and the USA, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days after processing. For international orders, please allow up to 15–25 business days. Keep in mind that customs or import duties might apply depending on your country, and those are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note that for the F/W 25/26 collection, delivery is only available within Canada. We will begin offering worldwide shipping starting with the S/S 26 collection.
