Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your Ceysaga purchase. We know sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, so we wanted to give you a heads up. For our F/W 25/26 collection, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges aren’t available this season.

There are two reasons for this. First, offering returns and exchanges would add 20–30% extra cost, which we can’t absorb as a brand for our first collection. Second, we don’t want to pass that cost on to our community, because we want to keep prices fair and accessible for everyone.

The good news is we’re planning to offer returns and exchanges starting S/S 26!
